Ok so I woke up late today :/ I couldn’t fall asleep last night so I let myself get my 8 hours instead of getting up to do my 1.4, but tomorrow was supposed to be my rest day for that, so I’ll do it tomorrow. I have more time then anyway!
But I have completed the rest of the things on my workout calendar!
(That would be: 100 jumping jacks, 20 crunches, and 6 push-up)
